Blueberry and chia compote
Chef and food stylist Jamie Humby shares his favourite blueberry and chia compote recipe. It’s quick, easy, and has only three ingredients!
- Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 6-8 minutes until the compote is thick and chunky.
- You can then spoon over pancakes and store the remainder in an airtight jar in the fridge for another time. (double or tripe mixture to make a larger batch)
