Mark is the founder of En Masse, Australia’s first social business that builds upon wellbeing, mental health, happiness and behaviour change outcomes in workplaces. 

An experienced workplace behaviour change facilitator, Mark has developed and delivered hundreds of facilitated sessions to workplaces across Australia and New Zealand. Having worked extensively in mental health care and advocacy, Mark delivers training programs to professional services, corporate and government workplaces, focusing on the full spectrum of mental health interventions, from prevention through to crisis management and post-vention (return to work).

Mark is also a qualified lawyer and workplace conciliation practitioner and helps organisations build upon positive, healthy team behaviours, while helping them to reduce risks in relation to OH&S and EEO.

At an advisory level, Mark assists with the development of policy and code of conduct related materials that help employers with systematic, preventative approaches to tackling behavioural risks at work. Mark’s favoured approach to workplace training incorporates the principles of positive psychology, appreciative inquiry and cognitive behaviour therapy.

Mark is also an experienced non-executive director across the financial and community services sectors. He was a founding director of 1$ Day Limited, a board member of Cara Inc and currently sits on Investment and Audit Committee of the Beaton Investment Fund.
