Lisa - The Art of Joy

The Bupa Blog Awards was a chance for the important conversations I raise to reach further into the place they are most needed. Blogging and social media can be such a powerful way to shine a light on the hard topics, and to share our own stories of hope, survival and connection. Putting myself out there is scary at times, the Bupa Blog Awards reminded me how important it is to use your voice in a way that helps others.
